Two more shoots this week - both jobs for JD Williams. Started with a catwalk shoot for SimplyBe on Tuesday with the lovely Louise McCallum who was also in my ‘SimplyBe Moments’ video, and a new series of product videos on Friday for underwear brand SimplyYours.

Going to have to knuckle down to the sixteen-plus hours of footage for the ‘Catwalk Competition’ event last week over the next few days. I saved up some spare scratch from a couple of previous jobs and decided this would be the perfect time to invest in a new mac. I’m writing this entry on it now: a quad-core i7 iMac with 8 Gigs of RAM. It runs like a dream compared with my four-year-old Macbook Pro, though it renders so quickly I no longer have the excuse for tea-breaks whenever I want them.

I’m hoping the new hardware will be able to rocket forwards my next creative projects, of which I’ll write more soon here.
